I started Lauren Dewey Consulting LLC to bring a data-driven, strategic approach to CRE marketing.
After more than a decade in the industry, I have seen how companies lose money when they are forced to be reactive with their marketing, leasing, and PropTech solutions. I deliver and deploy new strategies that will drive sales/leasing success and achieve occupancy goals.
Previously, as National Development’s Director of Marketing, I oversaw all multifamily marketing and digital marketing. I understand the typical challenges from the owner/operator side and give my clients a roadmap to overcome them. I can think in terms of both operations and marketing—allowing me to work as a translator to facilitate successful partnerships between owners, operators, and suppliers.
I specialize in strategic problem solving, effective messaging, and bottom-lining the path to success. I also have extensive experience vetting, selecting, onboarding, and measuring the success of PropTech solutions.
